Removing the frame
The screws are removed.
The screws are kept in order because of the age you can't be sure that they are all manufacured equally.
The removing of the frame was easy, thanks to the crane. With it you can remove a frame with only one person.
After that Lukas removed the soundboard varnish and the soundboard decal.
After cleaning and sanding the instrument is put in the drying chamber where it stays for about three weeks.
In the meantime we take a look at the action and keyboard.
